If you booked within the past 30-days, you are eligable to still work with a travel agent for free. Complete the form to the left and email to transfer@wedotravelright.com and an agent will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

If you have already booked with Universal on your own and are NOT paid in full, but want to use the services of one of our agents you can send the agent your E-documents from your original booking. The agent will create an identical booking and call Universal with you on a 3 way call and have it transferred. All funds that you have paid on your trip will be transferred to your new booking.
