Looking for a 1:1 assistant to a high volume booking agent. Agent specializes in Disney World and Disney Cruise. Assistant will be trained by our training team and by the booking agent.
Tasks may include: Pulling Quotes, Completing bookings and add them to project manager spreadsheet, Respond to urgent needs, Set up transportation/ stroller/scooter rentals and more.
Looking for: An individual who is detailed and can problem solve, has excellent people skills, well versed in google products, has availability of approximately 12-15 hours a week (during the day and some evenings) which includes meeting with booking agent weekly.
Compensation: Hourly $15-20 depending on experience
